Thoughts - Should’ve eaten more during the day, dinner was a mini-binge. Probably shouldn’t have gone out for dessert, although it wasn’t a huge killer. Tomorrow is Mega-Workout Monday, so I should be OK :)
hey everyone!
so this is my very first post on this blog, but far from my first post on tumblr (i run a photography blog too, if you want the link, ask!). this is my blog to help me lose weight, and all you guys are gonna help me stay accountable for what i eat and help me stay on track! i can lie to myself, but i can’t lie to you guys!
also, i may throw some personal posts on here too. it helps me de-stress and therefore avoid turning to food to deal with my emotions, but it also allows me to link what i eat with how i’m feeling, so i think that’s important.
i will occasionally post thinspo stuff, but that’s not all of what it’s about for me. i’m not trying to be model-skinny, i’m just trying to be healthy. it’s about working hard towards a goal using diet control and exercise while still enjoying my life and what i eat.
